ActioNet has an opportunity for a Sr. ServiceNow Project Manager requiring a public trust clearance, located in Washington, DC.  ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Point of Contact for customer to address performance, technical implementation, contractual delivery, and personnel issues for clients.
  • Assist government management engage business/process owners for leveraging ServiceNow solutions and assisting with the removing of obstacles hindering adoption.
  • Oversee team leads in the execution of delivering Operations & Maintenance support for day to day ServiceNow and Enhancement/Development Support tasks.
  • Work with business users and other stakeholders to understand business processes, gather and document IT solution and products supporting the solution assessing their functional and non-functional specifications for organization operational risk.
  • Responsible for report generation for senior leadership to aid in making informed decision of enterprise environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Sole U.S. Citizen only Public Trust Clearance Requirement
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Networking.
  3. At least 10 years’ experience working on IT Support Projects in Commercial or Government Contractor space.
  4. 7 years or more managing and leading Enterprise ServiceNow environments.
  5. Proficient with MS Office products Word, Excel, Project, and Viso.
  6. Knowledgeable of ServiceNow administration tools and services.
  7. Experience leading a ServiceNow team of at least 5 or more team members.

  2. ServiceNow Certification
