ActioNet is looking for a Systems Engineer with an an Active Top Secret clearance for a Navy Program, located in Japan.
The candidate must Minimum of three years of experience in a related IT field and:Provide Regional oversight and business management of Bilateral-Telecommunication and Networks infrastructure including assisting
in the requirements development, implementation, operation and maintenance of technologies or capabilities as directed by Echelon II Mission Stakeholders. Provide the following support:
- Bilateral Communications Analysis and Support. The Contractor shall provide analysis of achieving further telecommunications/networking efficiencies by examination of technological advancements and
future requirements.
- Bilateral Program Coordination. The Contractor shall provide for centralized management of Bilateral telecommunications / network systems and services for CNFJ and subordinate Commands, and a single
focal point for Communications Security (COMSEC) service related issues for the Commander Seventh Fleet (C7F) and Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF).
- Bilateral System Support. The Contractor shall provide Bilateral system (i.e., CENTRIXS, ADSI, GCCS, and RADMERC) support and tier 1 touch labor and technical support such as password reset, account creation, and system administrator functions, as required The Contractor shall plan and schedule installation of new or modified hardware/software in coordination with system owners. The Contractor shall develop complete technical solutions and provide solid justification for technical decisions.
